Our bourbon chocolate stout, aged for nine months in a rum barrel, with the addition of cacao nibs for a chocolatey kick. Thick, and with subtle rum notes, this is one to be savoured.

Maple Barrel-aged Chocolate Bourbon Stout

The second of the duo, Doktachoc aged for nine months in a maple syrup barrel. Fruited with raspberry stout, this is a delicious and unique stout, with hints of sweetness and tart raspberry.

Bourbon Barrel-aged Triad

5.0% ABV

A delightful melange of three beers: A red ale, gooseberry gose and fermented ginger. Aged for thirteen months in a bourbon barrel, and bottle conditioned for a further seven. Resulting in a complex chimera of a beer, delightfully crisp and refreshing.
